Return Policy –

Damaged Merchandise: Please contact us immediately at if your shipment is damaged. We will follow up with the appropriate carrier to resolve the issue.

Lost Shipments: Please contact us within 30 days at if your shipment is not received and reported delivered. We will follow up with the appropriate carrier to resolve the issue.

Important: In order for us to attempt to resolve your issue, you must retain all packaging materials, box, receipt, and products.

Return Policy: Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes any shipping charges that result from refusal of delivery. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. accepts returns of product and will refund or exchange your order if the following conditions are met:

- The returned product is unopened and unused in its undamaged original packaging.

- You must contact within 5 days of your order delivery to request and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA). You may email us at 

- Returns must be sent by either DHL or the US Postal Service with confirmation service. cannot be held responsible for product damaged during return shipping, and so we suggest you purchase shipping insurance.

Important: The Return Merchandise Authorization # must appear on all shipping boxes containing the products you wish to return. Please be aware that no return will be accepted without a clearly marked RMA #.

An original sales receipt must accompany all returns (photocopies accepted).

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receiving an RMA #. No return packages will be accepted after this time period.
